During my Reiki level 1 training I discovered a deeper connection to source and a knowing that I am not only connected to life source but that it is accessible to me because I am that source as well. I feel more attentive to what my cravings are and how they have changed.

During my 21 day self reiki practice I came to the realization that i am in flow with the universe and that I do not need to rush anything because with persistence my goals will be met. I learned not only to sit and acknowledged all the blessings I have now but to actually feel taken care of by the universe and to stop and look around me and love what I see.

I felt a great need to use my voice, to reach out for help, and let out some things that I could not fully express out loud until recently. The experience did not want to stay in my body any longer so I was able to speak and share my story. This was a great relief because i do not desire to keep any secrets and little by little I am opening up.

I have also learned to feel a connection with other people and to look at everyone with love and empathy. I am more open to express and give love to others and to truly want the best for everyone. There is enough abundance to go around to everyone and there is so much that I can learn from others and teach others as well.

I learned that I am a smaller manifestation of the all but not only me or humans, but everything. The plants, the animals, the rocks, which has led me to revive my love for everything around me.

My reiki self treatment has help me to speak up for myself and others, to love the present moment and to stop and appreciate it, to not rush anything and enjoy the process, to not worthy because there are always solutions, to be happy and satisfied now, to seek connections with others.

I felt like I had the biggest breakthrough and healing with the throat chakra. Before we went over throat chakra, I definitely felt the mental & emotional issues that are linked to the 5th chakra, like being unable to express my feelings/speaking up for personal expression and myself. After reading about the throat chakra and meditation and learning about it in this 4 week Chakra Balancing Workshop Series, I feel like I have had a breakthrough and I am able to utilize the tools to help open up this blockage in my throat chakra. I am a cancer patient and I have had the good fortune to attend Claudia Bumuller’s reiki sessions on the average of once a month during the past year and a half. My meetings with Claudia have been very personalized, with each one building upon the previous ones. She always listens carefully to what I have to say about my status and symptoms, and tailors the session to my current needs.

Each session has engendered a state of relaxation that I have been unable to experience elsewhere. It has allowed my body to participate in healing itself.
